Panithida is an associate with Kudun and Partners Limited. She has a great depth of knowledge and experience in relation to the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) from her extensive involvement in the implementation of the PDPA for Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group, a listed company consisting of commercial banking business and capital market business. Her experience extends beyond implementing new processes and policies for PDPA compliance where she also provides practical solutions from a business perspective in accordance to the PDPA.
