She has an impressive depth of experience in advising both local and international clients on Thailand’s securities laws and regulations, including all regulations related to both equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, disposal of assets and insurance for both private and listed companies. Apart from that, she has also represented and continues to represent a wide range of clients in the real estate, pharmaceutical and healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors in connection with the full spectrum of the initial public offering (IPO) process and providing advice on their compliance to the Securities and Exchange Act of Thailand and other related regulations, post-IPO.

- Representing a leading real estate company in Thailand in connection with setting up a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investing in the hotel business, including handling all transaction documents and preparing the registration statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Representing REIT sponsors on all aspects of the fund including reviewing transaction documents and recommending appropriate REIT structures.
- Representing various Thai listed companies in connection with issuance of debentures (II and/or HNW), including providing legal advice in relation to regulatory matters as well as preparing, reviewing and commenting on the terms and conditions of the debenture and collateral agreements.
